2.1  Reflect Quality Limited trademarks and brands are Reflect Quality Limited intellectual property and are valuable assets. We adhere to the following usage guidelines to maintain their integrity and preserve their value.

2.2  These usage guidelines apply to Reflect Quality Limited employees, customers, partners, licensees, outside suppliers and vendors, and other third parties.

3 Referential Trademark Usage

3.1  You may use Reflect Quality Limited trademarks to refer to Reflect Quality Limited products in marketing and promotional literature, print materials and other media, as long as:

a)   you adhere to these trademark usage guidelines;

​​

b)   you do not disparage Reflect Quality Limited or Reflect Quality Limited products and services;

​​

c)   you do not imply a relationship or association with Reflect Quality Limited that does not exist; and

​​

d)  you use appropriate notice on all trademarks and a footnote indicating that the trademark(s) is owned by Reflect Quality Limited.

4 General Trademark Usage Guidelines

4.1  Properly designate the status of Reflect Quality Limited trademarks by using the appropriate trademark symbol (® or ™)

5 Logo Use

5.1  Use our Logos exactly as they appear and do not alter or distort their appearance in any way.

6 No Trademark Bidding

6.1  Unless expressly permitted by Reflect Quality Limited, you may not bid on a Reflect Quality Limited trademark (or any variant thereof) as a keyword on any search engine or use a Reflect Quality Limited trademark (or any variant thereof) in any form of paid advertising including social and display advertisements.

7 No Tarnishment

7.1  You may not use a Reflect Quality Limited trademark in a degrading or disparaging manner.
