Invented Dynamic Nutrition Technology (DNT™).
Produced comprehensive range of sports nutrition programmes for elite athletes, medical professionals, personal trainers, coaches and celebrities under the plan:one™ and plan:one SPORT™ brands.
Developed commercial online weight loss programme under the justSlim™ brand incorporating DNT™.

Lexander Engineering Limited
Owner & Director: Nicholas Alexander
Founded engineering company to design and produce specialist equipment for biotech, pharmaceutical, healthcare, cosmetics and food applications.
Turnkey solutions and full product / plant lifecycle services (discovery, planning, design, engineering, manufacture, installation, commissioning, validation and maintenance).
Disciplines included mechanical, electrical and process engineering together with software design and development.
Products built included:

2001 – 2008

Secured GMP certification and Quality Management System approvals to enable the manufacture of sterile pharmaceutical and healthcare products.
Commercialised biotechnology for the aquaculture market under the EcoPure® brand for bioremediation, bioaugmentation and probiotic use. Formulations ultimately purchased by the market leader in 2007.
Collaborated with Cambridge University to produce a healthcare product which won second prize for best healthcare product of the year in Europe.
Achieved membership of BCMPA (British Contract Manufacturers and Packers Association), the first company in Northern Ireland to do so. Contracts awarded ranged from nutritional supplements to quality cosmetic formulations.
