“Intellectual Property Rights” means any patents, ideas, inventions, discoveries, processes, designs, utility models, copyrights, business names, trademarks, domain names and confidential information (including know-how and trade secrets) and all other intellectual property, in each case whether registered or unregistered and including all applications and rights to apply for and be granted, all renewals, extensions, and restorations, and rights to claim priority from, such rights and all similar or equivalent rights or forms of protection now or hereafter in force.

The Agreement does not transfer any Intellectual Property Rights from Reflect Quality Limited to you.

Except for the express licences granted herein, all rights, title and interest (including Intellectual Property Rights) whether developed prior to, during or after the Agreement, will remain solely with Reflect Quality Limited and its licensors. Reflect Quality Limited grants no implied licences hereunder.

You are granted a non-exclusive licence to browse and download the content that we make available, into a web-browser and its cache, in order to view the content, place orders through our website and access any services made available to you through our website.

Other than as permitted under the Agreement, you may not use, re-use, download, make alterations, copy, publish, transmit, exploit, distribute or do anything else with our website, content, or products.
